Service Description

A property feature video is more than a photography slideshow. Shots Over Frederick creates fully produced, cinematic property videos featuring stylized interior walk-through coverage, professional editing and royalty-free music. Exterior and aerial drone video elements are also included when conditions and airspace permit. Lower thirds, feature callouts and descriptive titles can be incorporated into the finished video. Professional voiceover is also available for an additional charge. PRICING 1,500–3,500 sq. ft.: $295 — up to 2 minutes of finished video 3,500–5,000 sq. ft.: $345 — up to 2.5 minutes of finished video 5,000+ sq. ft.: $395 — up to 3 minutes of finished video Pricing includes standard production and editing. Additional editing or revisions outside the agreed project scope are billed at $45/hour. Properties in congested or complex airspace, or locations with flight obstructions such as urban or downtown areas, may require an advance site survey and additional flight planning.
