Editing notes are an additional hourly rate @ $45/hr PRICING: Properties 1500-3500 sqft: $295 up to 2 minutes of video ​ Properties 3500-5000 sqft: $345 up to 2.5 minutes of video Properties 5000+ sqft: $395 up to 3 minutes of video *Properties in congested airspace or locations with obstructions such as in a city or downtown area will subject to an additional charge for a site survey to take place no later than 24hrs prior to the requested shoot time. There will also be a $45 premium added to the session base rate for such a location.
