Rental property photography for short-term and long-term rentals, including Airbnb, Vrbo and direct-booking listings. Unlike photography created to market a property for sale, rental-property images are ongoing commercial marketing assets used to generate bookings and revenue. Each session includes a thoughtfully styled mix of interior, exterior and detail photography highlighting the property's character, amenities and distinctive features. 3-YEAR IMAGE LICENSE This package includes a three-year limited commercial-use license for the delivered images to market the photographed rental property. Licensed use includes the property's rental listings, website, social media and other approved digital and print marketing for the duration of the license. Copyright and ownership of the photographs remain with Meech Creative, LLC dba Shots Over Frederick. The license grants usage rights; it does not transfer ownership of the images. PRICING Properties up to 2,000 sq. ft. start at $585. Larger properties are custom quoted based on square footage, required coverage and project scope. Drone photography is also available as an add-on for properties where aerial imagery can help showcase the building, grounds, amenities or surrounding location.
