Shots Over Frederick provides professional real estate drone photography for agents, brokers, property managers and homeowners who want to show more than can be seen from ground level. I approach each property with the goal of telling its story, not simply putting a drone in the air. Sometimes the highest view isn't the strongest view. I look for the angles and elevations that best showcase the property, lot, landscaping and surroundings. REAL ESTATE DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY Includes at least 30 high-resolution, color-corrected, true-to-life aerial photographs delivered in MLS-compliant JPEG format and sizing. Delivery within 72 hours. ADD AERIAL VIDEO Video packages start at $195 and include approximately 60–90 seconds of lightly edited 4K footage captured from an agreed-upon shot list. MLS-ready, HD/4K and frame-rate requirements can be specified before the shoot. ADDITIONAL COVERAGE Ground-based exterior and interior photography and video are also available. Full retouching, complex video editing, graphics, callouts and additional production services are available at additional cost. FLIGHT CONSIDERATIONS Every property is evaluated for safe and legal flight operations. Complex airspace, obstructions or other site conditions may require additional planning or a pre-shoot site evaluation. Any additional requirements or charges will be discussed in advance. IMAGE USAGE Images and video are licensed for the agreed-upon real estate listing and marketing use of the photographed property. RAW, DNG and other unedited source files are not included. Additional commercial or promotional usage may require separate licensing. Complete terms are provided in the service agreement.
