Service Description

I pride myself on not just "shooting" aerial pictures but rather telling a story about your property! I may steer you away from shooting aerials of your double-wide listing, but if you insist...I am gonna make that double-wide look like a luxury estate! This package is for the Real Estate professional!! Standard package includes at least 18-20 HiRes, color corrected, aerial photographs of property delivered in JPEG format and roughly 60-90 seconds (in short clips lightly edited) of 4K video* from my provided standard shot list**. All this within a 72 hour turnaround! Need just images? Packages start at $145!! Interior video can also be accommodated, ask for details. Color correction of images and video included in this package! Full Retouching and Complex Video Editing / Production available at extra cost. Need a Commercial Property shot for a listing? Basic package starts at $215 for aerial images and video, based on square footage. Ground coverage and interior photographs are also available at an additional cost. Booked session time includes drone set-up and preflight check. For larger or more intricate properties to fly and photograph, additional time will be billed in 30 minute increments at $65/each. *Client has the option to request the size, format, and frame rate of the video. For example MLS Ready, 4K, HD-1080P, 24/30/60FPS, etc. prior to shoot and must be noted on the agreed upon shot list. **Properties in congested airspace or locations with obstructions such as in a city or downtown area will subject to an additional charge for a site survey to take place no later than 24hrs prior to the requested shoot time. There will also be a $65 premium added to the session base rate for such a location. ***No RAW, DNG, non-conforming, unedited imagery or video will be provided to the client outside the constraints of the agreed upon shot list. Only the individual shots based on the agreed upon shot list (deliverables) will be provided. Under NO circumstances may the images or video provided in this package be used in any other manner whether for promotion or commercial regardless of medium used such as electronic, print or broadcast / cable / satellite television outside of the intended scope of the sales listing of the addressed property.
